1.  In order for us to reinstall Microsoft Windows, you must have one of the following

a) A system restore CD or DVD provided to you when you purchased your PC   or

b) A certificate of authenticity sticker or label.  This is normally attached to the side, top or front of your PC.

In other words we can not and will not install illegal copies of operating systems/software.  If you need help locating your license sticker, we can take a look at your PC for you.

2.  Additional fees will be applied if we travel to your home for a service.  This fee will be based on distance from our current location to yours.  If you would like a free estimate you can drop your PC off with us at any time.  Fees in the Anderson area are currently $35, but are subject to change.

3.  If you have us reinstall Windows on a PC, we can backup your files for an additional fee of $20 for the first DVD and $5 for each additional one.  This will include the Desktop shortcuts, My Documents Folder, My Pictures Folder, My Music Folder and your Internet Explorer Favorites.  Once the install is complete you will need to configure your optional software such as Microsoft Office, Digital Camera Software, Printer Software, Internet Software, etc.  If you need help reinstalling your extra software, please provide those CD's to us before we being work on your PC.  There may be additional charges for multiple software installations.  If you have data stored in any other folders, you must notify us prior to the data backup process.

4.  Many in home services are billed at a flat rate to save you money.  If you elect to have us perform other computer services or training while in your home, additional charges may apply.

5.  Operating System Installs will not be performed as an in home service due to the excessive amount of time involved.
